Gasco Goodhue St-Germain shares the stage at the Annual Aviation Conference

Once again this year, Catherine Chaput participated in the 19^th Annual Aviation Conference presented by Alexander Holburn and Patterson MacDougall and held in Toronto on January 25, 2018.

As part of this annual conference, Ms. Chaput discussed the recent Quebec jurisprudence in matters relating to the liability of air carriers in the case of delays, particularly in regards to the interpretation given to Article 19 of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air, better known as the Montreal Convention.
