Admitted to the Bar in 2008, Andrée-Ann practices mainly in the fields of civil liability, product liability and consumer contracts. Her skill set also includes the fields of transportation, interpretation of insurance contracts, labor laws, access to information, and special remedies.
Andrée-Ann focuses on understanding her clients’ needs so she can provide exceptional customer service. Since the rules established by the courts and the civil procedure are in constant evolution, Andrée-Ann believes that litigation resolution is better achieved through dialogue, negotiation and, when required, a debate in front of the Court. Her priority is to respect the goals of proportionality of means and the best interests of the client, regardless of the method taken.
Andrée-Ann has pleaded in front of administrative tribunals of the province as well as at the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
