Carmine’s practice focuses on insurance law as well as civil and commercial liability, including matters concerning automobile liability, aviation liability and environmental liability.
He has represented insurance companies in cases before Arbitration Tribunals, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal, dealing with coverage issues involving D&O, E&O and Commercial liability policies.
Carmine has also been successful in developing a commercial and corporate practice, to broaden our expertise and cater to our clients’ needs in these fields.
