Jénika Théorêt joined the Gasco Goodhue St-Germain team in 2019. The focus of her practice is insurance subrogation claims. She thoroughly analyzes each case in order to best advise the insurer on the potential success of recovery.
Previously, Jénika worked for a private company as an investigative lawyer on a variety of matters, including fraud, theft and intellectual property files.
After graduating in Police Technology from Collège de Maisonneuve in 2013, she obtained her law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2016 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2017.
She is actively involved with the Young Bar of Montreal through its Pro Bono and Legal Services Committee and its Continuing Legal Education Committee, as well as the Contests Committee of the Bar of Montreal.
Jénika was also accredited by the Barreau du Québec in 2017 as a mediator in civil, commercial and labor matters as well as small claims.
In her spare time, she devotes a large part of her energy to physical training, constantly pushing her limits.
