Louis-Philippe has been practising insurance, civil and professional liability law since his admission to the Bar in 1997. He regularly assists clients of the firm on coverage issues involving civil general liability, environmental, or professional liability insurance as well as property insurance.

In the field of professional liability, Louis-Philippe regularly acts on behalf of engineers, building inspectors and lawyers. He also represents clients of the firm in respect of claims or disputes involving environmental law issues.

Throughout his practice, Louis-Philippe has regularly pleaded before all of Quebec’s Judicial Forums, including the Court of Appeal, both in demand and in defense. As a certified mediator, he believes in alternate dispute resolution and frequently assists clients of the firm in mediations and settlement conferences presided by judges.

Over the years, Louis-Philippe has acquired a solid experience, enabling him to provide an efficient response to the specific needs of insurers, risk managers, adjusters, brokers and other players in the insurance industry who require legal representation. Constantly driven by his desire to move things forward, Louis-Philippe endeavors to find innovative and practical solutions to litigations in which the firm’s clients are involved.
